The project started smoothly, but we faced some initial issues with the tiles and adhesive, which led to delays. Additionally, the workers did not use proper safety gear throughout the project. I felt there was a need for increased supervision and more frequent site visits. I also had concerns about the quality of the tiles, and the service I received from the flagship store did not meet my expectations

I found the mason work to be good, and the masons were quite professional. However, I believe the mason rate could be a bit lower for personal work. I also had a minor complaint regarding the product – the measurement of the ten-hole brick was not accurate. I informed the sales officials about this issue as well.

I am overall satisfied with the service, especially the timely execution of the project and product delivery. The sales official was very cooperative throughout the process. However, there were some issues with wall tile adjustment and certain cement works, for which the mason charged an additional BDT 6,000. The fair-faced work, done by a third-party worker using a water-resistant product, didn’t meet my expectations in terms of quality. Moving forward, I would appreciate it if your company could provide both high-quality water-resistant products and skilled masons for fair-faced work to ensure better results in future projects.
